Absolut vodka, triple sec, grapefruit and cranberry juices and Prosecco sparkling wine.  Garnished with fresh mint and grapefruit.

Appetizer Feature - Almond Tempura Pickerel Cheeks    $11.99

Baby pickerel cheeks flash fried in a  tempura batter.  Presented in an almond brown butter with toasted almonds.

Lunch Feature - Caprese Pretzel Burger    $12.99

Charbroiled, pesto infused ground sirloin beef stuffed with feta cheese, and layered on a pretzel bun with mozzarella, tomatoes, dusted shallots, leaf lettuce and a sun dried tomato pesto aioli.  Accompanied by sweet potato fries or a mediterranean bow tie pasta salad with artichoke hearts, yellow and red peppers, basil, zucchini, red onions and black olives in a creamy Parmesan and olive oil dressing.  Served with the soup du jour to start.    

Dinner Feature - Coconut Stuffed Chicken with a Tropical Fruit Cream Sauce   $22.99

A coconut and panko encrusted 8 oz. double chicken breast, stuffed with ham and Swiss emmenthal cheese and a honey dijon glaze.  Presented with a tropical fruit cream sauce of mangoes, pineapple, papaya, grapefruit, orange and lime.  Accompanied by sauteed asparagus and a cashew basmati rice.  Served with the soup du jour or the house field green salad to start.
